Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our booking process.
Cancellation by Applicant – If the applicant wishes to cancel the booking before allotment, the application/registration amount (after deducting administrative charges, if any) will be refunded within 60 working days.
Post Allotment Cancellation – In case of cancellation after allotment, refund will be made after deduction of processing fees, GST (if applicable), and any charges as per the payment schedule.
Project Cancellation/Delay – If the project is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or regulatory issues, the entire amount paid by the applicant will be refunded without any deduction.
Mode of Refund – All refunds will be processed through bank transfer/cheque in the applicant’s registered name only.
